We use the StarTrack Premium service for the fastest shipping. It is delivered by the courier contracted to Australia Post.
How can I track my order
We send an order confirmation with the tracking info and then send another notification when the item is on board for delivery, and then a final email, once it has been delivered.

How do I determine my hat size?

I am between hat sizes. What should I do?
If you are between sizes, choose the larger size as Akubra hats do not stretch and may even tighten over time (depending on the way they are treated). It is easier to add padding to a hat that is too large to make it smaller than it is to try and stretch a small hat to make it larger.
How long will it take to get my order?
We ship Monday -Thursday. Any order placed before 9:30am AEDT will ship that day. We use the StarTrack Premium which is one of the fastest shipping options available.
What if my hat doesn't fit?
We offer a 60 day return period. You can either exchange or select store credit.
